It now seems that being buried in sand was probably as good as it gets for you in this dry wasteland. As with before, search around for things that are special or may prove useful with information or for some other purpose.
You're still in the early stages of your desert ordeal. Try to keep it together, avoid piles of sand or dust devils or anything else that likes to bury you in sand!
