It is quest game with puzzles. There are several rooms (in your mind) you need to go through. In every room there is a drug to heal some fear. U need to complete some tasks to reveal this drug. When you collect all the drugs you get an out-of-body experience due to the trance in the game.
OK, I know this may sound odd... and it is.
