There is a disquiet within your kingdom. Something is not right. There is a darkness. An ill wind is blowing. All the above thrown into one, giving the inhabitants of the land no peace, no sanctuary, no tranquility. In this side-scrolling action game, you must combat the evil that lurks in the shadows.
You are a Mage of mighty arts, use your staff of power to bring peace back to the kingdom of Frookania. Battle the dark knight; blast into oblivion a powerful wizard; and travel into the clouds above to rescue one of the last golden dragons. Kill monsters who only have evil in their hearts. Do all this and more in a retro 80s style arcade game.
Remember to collect heart pieces in red rooms. Two heart pieces will give you a new heart container. Also, collect staff shards in blue rooms. Four staff shards will upgrade your attack power.
As with so so many games, the fate of the people, the fate of an entire kingdom, the fate of a world is now upon your shoulders.
