O M G the city traffic lights have been hit by a terrorist attack! It was a stregic assault hitting the central computer controlling all the lights!
This is a crisis no one ever foresaw. How could the mayor have been so blind? Those terrorists were upset over the lack of donuts. The Mayor knew about this, but chose to ignore it. It could have been easily fixed by getting fresh donuts in every day... but no, it was cheaper to get day old donuts. They may taste alright... but surely any donut connoisseur would not be satisfied?!
The terrorists had enough. They had their fill of crappy donuts. It was time to make a statement. A statement that no one would forget!
OK, after all that, u know wot u have to do in this skill game. Control traffic flow in the city until the mayor can get the traffic computer rebuilt. Make sure it runs smoothly or peeps will get even more upset and the next terrorist attack could involve u getting blown up.
